Upton 43 is inspired by
Chef Erick Harcey's roots.

He grew up in a family heavily influenced by their Swedish heritage. With that, he was raised on Lutefisk, Swedish Meatballs (his grandmother's are the best) Swedish pancakes and more.

Chef Harcey will be bringing his French and modern techniques to elevate the food that makes him happiest, the food of his childhood.

Harcey gives back to his community. He has long-standing relationships with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. As well as the True Food Chef Council which works to serve real, good food to children in the Minneapolis Public Schools.

I want to cook how I feel. This is about my roots, and about being an extension of who I am. I want to cook what I love to eat.
